<aside> 📅 Timeline from Proposal to Introductory Session

• 12th/14th June: All FRs/IGs informed on proposal preparation works for DSUTD 2024
• 14th July: All FRs/IGs to submit proposals by 14th July (Any additional new proposals will not be accepted after 14th July)
• 30 June - 12 July: Reviewing of proposal with respective cluster reps + OSA. (OSA to vet budget)
• *30 July: If any changes needed, FRs/IGs to re-submit proposals by 30 July. No further changes for proposals are allowed after 30 July.
• *21-30 July: OSA to finalise budget, FRs/IGs receive proposal outcome. No further changes for proposals are allowed.
• 1 Aug - 11 Sep: FRs/IGs to prepare for their introductory events (e.g. purchasing of items if needed). FRs/IGs must stick to the allocated budget, any additional expenses will not be covered by DSUTD.
• Mid Aug - 31 Aug: Booking System opens; OSA to book venues, reviewing of venues booked with FRs/IGs reps + OSA. (If there still is no available venue, request clubs to change their intro session date/time by 31 August.)
• 16 Sept: Fall Term starts; Events start
• 14 Oct onwards: Send out Concur Code to FRs/IGs. FRs/IGs rep to claim budget through concur

What is DiscoverClubs?
